pardon me but i've been very lazy lately.
still haven't lay a finger on holiday assignments.
and i'll be going away, like twice, soon.
total yayness.


you guessed it;
i went to both LIME Sonic Bang concert & LIME Flea Market together with the Hanyut Concert on the very same day.
back on Saturday, out with them girlfriends and had one hell of a day.
helluva outing, we had ugly blisters, leg cramps,
but nevertheless we laughed a lot.
too much laughing gas. =)
such a pity naz and leya couldn't join,
still i love my bitching machine and humaira.
thanks loads for making my day.
great great fun.


woke up real early that day,
believe me, around 7.30.
all thanks to jaja,
texting me to ask about nail polish.
haha.
you got it girl, you can have that whole bottle i gave you.
supposedly, she wanted me to do some miny manicure for her,
but plan cancelled. heh.
met the girls at the interchange,
waited for leya,
then last minute she can't make it.
her rugby match was still on.
took 854 and spent like at least an hour and a half in the bus till the very last stop.
and the three of us had butt cramps.
continued the journey from bedok to east coast in 401.
along the way, i was like,
'ugh, so the malay!'
the two girls had a good laugh hearing me say stuff with 'so the's.
it was really worse when we reach east coast.
that whole place was 'conquered' by malays, really.
such a sight.
so the many mats,
so the many minahs,
so the seluar tapered,
so the ketat mampat,
so the banyak stares,
so the boring!

that whole concert was total boredom,
nothing much, just some lousy singers, lame comedians,
and not so hyped dancers.
of course we couldn't resist the water and so we did play in the water.
haha.
more of splashing the water.
actually, only jaja did that.
maira and myself practically stood there, staring at the people around us.
the sea water was simply too dirty and yucky,
we didn't dare to put our feet inside.
ah yes, our long lost primary school mate was there.
ugh. no more details, simply too indescribable.
???
forget it.

after awhile, met jaja's sister and fiance, then was about to leave the place when i decided not to.
heh.
cos the dance part started, so had to stay awhile.
really, i couldn't recognize the crew cos we were way at the back,
but it soon hit me real hard that it was my brother's crew.
somehow i had a feeling that one of the dancers was him,
and of course i text him.
left the place, jaja and maira wanted to have dinner at Komala's but i insisted on Gelare.
heh, somehow, all three of us craved for rojak.
rushed off to the bustop, waited for the bus but at last cabride down to Bedok instead.
half way through, told the driver to drop us off at Eunos,
had cheese pratas.
uber yummy, but not as delicious as those at thomson rd. hah.

then got a message from rey,
saying his performance just ended at east coast.
so yeah, i got it right.
it WAS him and his crew of course.

after dinner, went off to town to catch the LIME Sonic Bang.
great performance, really.
caught Olinda and Ronin performing.
and yes, did i say Daphne's cute?
yes, she is.
not kidding.
she was standing beside us all along with her friends.

i did take a look at the Flea Market.
great deals, super cheap stuff,
and some were brand new.
pretty earrings, very pretty skirts, tops, cute flops and all.
all ranging from like 1buck to 30bucks at least.
browsed through some top, really cheap, like 2bucks.
and hell, i found this pretty sleek black and white vintage clutch.
going at 2bucks.
tell me it's a super great deal.
yeah, some stains at the back though, but really,
i can't be bothered with that.
when you carry it, nobody will see them.
so of course, i took it.
like hey, totally good steal.
yeah.

did some window shopping after that,
surveyed some stuff.
then went home,
totally shagged,
all tired.

then back on Sunday,
had very late outing with baby cous, Irfan.
went out only around 5.
cancelled plan with fat,
even he couldn't make it to our movie outing cos he had takraw selection.
picked baby Irfan's fam up at their place and went to Marina Square.
that place is super brand new, better shops, pretty ambience, nice.
went shopping, nothing much.
but mom bought new heels.
feminine, black heels with green diamonte butterfly.
so beautiful.
mom and ibu shida had facials offer,
i did some suveying at Ebase.
going to get more new tops and skirts there.
more jeans and eyeliner from Esprit.
oh hell, i lost my Oriflame eyeliner.
anybody saw it?
haha.
the last time i wore it was on the way home from class chalet.
it's the most perfect eyeliner alright and i specially ordered it.

ah wells, walked from Marina to Suntec then back to Marina.
supposed to have dinner at Sanur Indo Restaurant at Suntec but change of plans.
went over to takashimaya and had dinner at Desa Kartika,
no, Kartini, no Kartika.
haha.
the parents had a great laugh at themselves for arguing over the restaurant's name.
haha.
dad drove pass the LIME Sonic Bang,
and we saw the four Anugerah finalist.
heard Azmir singing some english numbers,
quite nice.
ah wells, my cous made a fool of himself.
'huh? huh? huh?
ah ah ah..'
stupid, like totally.
food at DK was nice.
after which sent them home, heh,
and then went over to mama nash place,
met them cousies,
watch some tv,
did puzzles and all.

ah wells,
i'll be going off to KL on the 17th.
will be back the next Monday, on the 19th.
then i'm going to Kuantan, Pahang on 25th.
will be missing Xmas here.
heh.
nevertheless, i'll make great use of my holidays to those places,
shopping!

BRAM!
i feel hungry still,
so i'm off to whip something up for myself,
and maybe later, i'll head down to 7-Eleven.
hee. =)
